Level 3 Swim Lessons Age 6 & up

Prerequisite: Level 2 or be able to jump into the deep end, swim beginner stroke 10 yards, turn over and swim on back for 10 yards

Level 3 objectives focus on advancing swimming ability through more coordinated stroke development and water skills. Participants build on previously learned skills by learning the front crawl, back crawl and elementary backstroke kick, while also practicing treading water and basic diving techniques.
