Level 5 Swim Lessons Age 6 & up

Prerequisite: Level 4

In Level 5, participants focus on improving coordination and technique in the front crawl, back crawl and elementary backstroke, making their strokes smoother and more efficient. The full breaststroke is introduced and taught in detail. In addition to stroke development, participants also learn important water skills such as: surface dives, underwater swimming and turns. Level 5 is about refining existing skills and building confidence with more advanced stroke mechanics and aquatic abilities.

Goggles are highly recommended.
