Girls Intro to Wrestling Age 4-Grade 8
Would you like to learn about wrestling? Here’s your chance! Girl's wrestling is the fastest growing sport in Minnesota and Forest Lake has the first ever Girl's high school team state champions and we would like you to help continue that level of success. Intro to Wrestling is centered around the inexperienced wrestler. Students will spend part of the time in group drills then split into age/weight appropriate groups for some live competitions. Learn technique, meet new friends and have fun! Coached by the FLAHS coaches and current FLAHS girl wrestlers.
