Knitting - Brioche

Brioche knitting is a technique creating a lush, thick and fully reversible ribbed fabric using slipped stitches and yarn overs that are knitted together in subsequent rows. It produces a "squishy" texture, perfect for scarves and blankets and is often worked in one or two colors to create contrasting, textured stripes.
