Extra! Extra! Travel back in time with us and explore a chapter in American history when kids helped change the world. Students will need to spend additional time memorizing and practicing for the performance. Design your own fashions using paint, yarn, clay, water bottles and more. We’ll make Santon dolls out of water bottles and clay, use Magic Beads to make a fancy necklace, weave a rubber-band bracelet, create colorful headbands, make pink flamingos in tutus and more. Grab a friend and join us to learn popular cheers, stunts and tumbling! We will learn fun pom/jazz routines with pom poms that will help students with flexibility, coordination and strength. Poms will be provided for use during class.

Learn the fundamentals of tumbling. Section A for Beginners ages 6-8: Students will work on handstands, cartwheels, round-offs and beginning walkovers. Section B for Intermediates ages 6-10: Students will work on walkovers, beginning aerials, hand balancing and flexibility.

Children will learn ballet movements and creative expression for beginners. The emphasis is on basic locomotor development, rhythm and creative expression. Our dancers learn dance in a playful, imaginative and non-competitive environment.

Sweet summer projects! Make comfy shorts, water bottle bag, criss-cross headband and more. No experience necessary. Students will make, showcase and take home all of their projects. Hand and machine sewing techniques are taught with safety first always in mind. The final day includes a showcase where friends and family are invited to see the projects in action.
