Early Childhood ProgramsWelcome to Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE)If you are new to the area or to the world of young children, you will find many opportunities to meet other parents and engage with your children in age appropriate activities. We serve families with young children from birth to their first day of kindergarten. Opportunities range from one time events to Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) parent/child classes that meet every week through out the school year. We know that being a parent is a huge job and our staff is here to offer you information, support and resources as you make choices for your family. Development and learning in the first years of a child’s life are key factors for success in school and beyond. The Early Childhood Programs provide a welcoming and enriching environment for families with children from birth to five years of age. We know that parents are their child's first and most important teachers. The goal of ECFE is to support parents in their child-raising role and provide children with opportunities to discover and learn. The age of the child attending the class must be the appropriate age by September 1st.Category -

Screening is not an examination to determine readiness for school, but to screen for potential problems that may interfere with a child's ability to be successful.
