Ranger Aquatics ADVANCED Ages 12-18

Prerequisite: Must be able to swim 50 continuous yards of front and back crawl and 25 yards of butterfly and breaststroke. This class is for athletes that have middle school or high school swim team experience.

The purpose of the advanced summer swimming program is to train the athlete to swim efficiently and fast. In addition, the coaching staff will encourage physical fitness, motivation, foster self-discipline, reinforce self-esteem, build self-confidence and provide an environment where the athlete can achieve their highest potential through a challenging and fun atmosphere. The workouts will be adjusted to benefit all swimming abilities.
