Yoga - Hatha Flow
Build strength while you lengthen and stretch your body by aligning ligaments through this gentle yoga practice. Learn the fundamentals of yoga and how to move between yoga poses while you build confidence to try more challenging poses. While most appropriate for people with experience in yoga, those new to yoga are welcome. Drop in fee: $12 (correct change required). Summer session will be held outdoors with an indoor space as an inclement weather back up. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat, bug spray and a bottle of water. This class is provided in partnership with the City of Forest Lake Parks and Recreation.

Erin began practicing yoga in 2005. After seeing what a positive difference it made in her body, mind and soul, she earned her 200 hour yoga teacher certification from Yoga Forest in 2017. Since then she has been teaching at the YMCA in Forest Lake and has taken additional trainings in both Pilates and WAVE yoga on paddleboards. She began teaching WAVE yoga in January, 2018 and plans to continue to broaden her knowledge of yoga in the future, making it a lifelong process of growth through her practice.
