Ranger Aquatics Ages 8-18

Prerequisite: Participants must be able to swim 25 continuous yards of front and back crawl or passed Level 4.

This swimming program is designed to help athletes of all levels—both novice and advanced—develop efficient and fast swimming skills. In addition to performance training, the coaching staff promotes overall physical fitness, motivation, self-discipline, self-esteem and self-confidence. The program provides a supportive and challenging environment where athletes are encouraged to reach their highest potential while enjoying the sport. Workouts are adapted to accommodate a wide range of swimming abilities.
