Get ready to elevate your game! Our Girls Middle School Basketball program is all about building strong fundamentals and boosting confidence on the court, this program is a recreation/competitive league designed for all skill levels. Players will focus on key skills like dribbling with both hands, proper shooting form, sharp passing, and more. We'll also introduce advanced concepts such as offensive and defensive strategies, court positioning, and a deeper understanding of the rules. Whether you're new to the game or looking to improve, this is the place to grow and compete!

All practices and games take place at Forest Lake Area Middle School (FLAMS). This program is designed as a recreational course centered on skill development and in-house competition. Organized games will include referees, with teams competing against one another on campus rather than traveling to other schools.

Program Details:

• Days: Monday–Thursday (on school days)
• Time: 2:30–4:30 PM
• Tentative Dates: October 19 – December 17
• Location: Forest Lake Area Middle School Gyms A–D

This is a great opportunity for middle school students to build confidence, improve basketball fundamentals, and enjoy team play in a supportive environment.
