Participants aged 55+ will be provided with a completion certificate to give to their auto insurance company. Foot Care Clinic55+ AdultsReserve a private, individual session with a mobile nurse who specializes in foot care. Services offered include toenail trimming, filing down thick nails, removing corns, filing calluses, diabetic foot assessment, circulation assessment, fungal nails, non-infected ingrown nails, performing a shoe assessment if needed and making recommendations for certain skin conditions or foot ailments. Strength for Life55+ AdultsWork with a nationally certified fitness professional experienced in 55+ adult fitness to build core and stabilizing muscle strength while helping to maintain an active, meaningful life. Beyond physical benefits, our sessions create connections which combat isolation and create a supportive community. This engaging program aims to reduce fall risk and promote independence through exercises using small balls, light weights, loops and bands. Please wear comfortable clothes, athletic shoes and bring a bottle of water.Fall 2026 -
Yoga - Specifically for Adults Over 5055+ AdultsStudies show that yoga practice positively correlates with both physical and mental wellness as well as managing pain and inflammation, improving sleep quality and much more. We will combine gentle physical poses with mindfulness and breathing in this beginning yoga practice. Our focus will be on functional mobility, balance and working to release stress and stiffness. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water. Space permitting, drop ins are allowed for a fee of $12 paid by check or cash (correct change required).
