Yoga - Hatha FlowHealth & FitnessBuild strength while you lengthen and stretch your body by aligning ligaments through this gentle yoga practice. Yoga postures are connected with fluid movements that synchronize with your breathing to help reduce stress and improve balance. This class is most appropriate for people with experience in yoga, however, those new to yoga are welcome. The instructor will incorporate the fundamentals of yoga and how to move between yoga poses while you build confidence to move on to more challenging poses. Yoga - Specifically for Adults Over 50Adults 55+Studies show that yoga practice positively correlates with both physical and mental wellness as well as managing pain and inflammation, improving sleep quality and much more. We will combine gentle physical poses with mindfulness and breathing in this beginning yoga practice. Our focus will be on functional mobility, balance and working to release stress and stiffness. Youth Night Grades 4-5Special InterestKids will join their friends from school for a night of fun and games! Whether they're on the basketball court, at the volleyball nets or dancing along to music provided by a DJ, they’ll be having an amazing time. Pizza, water and snacks will be available for purchase ($1-$2 each). Our pool has a limited capacity. If your child would like to swim during Youth Night, please register them for the "P" sections that say (Pool Included) which includes 30 minutes in the pool. Swim times will be assigned at check-in the night of the event. We recommend registering for this event as space is limited and pool times will fill up. If registering to swim, bring a swimsuit and towel. Students that drop in on the night of the event may not be able to swim due to limited pool capacity.
