Starting SoonWater Safety Aide Age 12 & upAquatics: WSA & Lifeguard TrainingThe best Water Safety Instructors (WSI) start out as Water Safety Aides (WSA). This course is designed for teens who have passed Level 6 and may be interested in working at an aquatic facility as a WSA and eventually add the certification to become a WSI. Students will be asked to practice-teach with a WSI to see firsthand how to teach a swimming class from start to finish. WyomingSAC & SonicSeason Registration Deadlines: School Year deadline is August 1 Summer deadline is May 1 Completed registrations will be put on a "pending approval status" in the order the registration is received until Community Education staff can review it, all required paperwork is completed and adequate staff is available. Once you are approved, you will receive an email confirmation and your credit card will be charged the registration fee. We begin accepting summer registrations in April and school year registrations in July. Registrations received after the season deadline may not be able to start the first week of care and you will be notified when an opening becomes available. School Age Care - Grades K-3 SAC is a before and after school childcare program where your child will engage in a variety of fun, enriching opportunities in a safe and caring environment. Before and after preschool childcare for Little Rangers preschool is offered only on days that your child is scheduled to attend Little Rangers. Wyoming Ages 4-5 Full DayLittle Rangers Preschool Full DayFull Day Preschool: Full Day Preschool is offered at seven elementary locations throughout the district for four and five-year-old children. Since the Full Day program does not receive any state funding, the program relies on parent fees to offer high-quality programming for our students. Little Rangers Preschools is a program for students to explore and learn through play-based curriculum and social-emotional teaching. Registration Details: Once you complete the online registration in Eleyo you will be put on a "pending approval status" in the order the registration is received until Early Childhood Programs staff can review it, and enough registrations are received to run the class. Your credit card will not be charged for the registration fee until your child is confirmed in the program. Once you are approved, you will receive an email confirmation and your credit card will be charged. Registrations are accepted for the School Year beginning at the end of March, early April. Following your accepted contract, you will receive an email to set up a ParentVue account, where you will complete the registrations process, including attaching required forms. Yoga - Balance & StrengthHealth & FitnessEnergize your body while gaining flexibility and strength through the practice of yoga. Using yoga poses, you will stretch and tone muscles while strengthening joints and improving your balance. This class is designed for people of all abilities. Space permitting, in person drop ins are allowed for a fee of $12 paid by check or cash (please bring correct change). Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water. Yoga - Hatha FlowHealth & FitnessBuild strength while you lengthen and stretch your body by aligning ligaments through this gentle yoga practice. Learn the fundamentals of yoga and how to move between yoga poses while you build confidence to try more challenging poses. While most appropriate for people with experience in yoga, those new to yoga are welcome. Drop in fee: $12 (correct change required). Summer session will be held outdoors with an indoor space as an inclement weather back up. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat, bug spray and a bottle of water.
